Fusion cuisine is great and all, but it doesn't always capture a truly mixed dish, with influences from a variety of cuisines, cultures, and personal touches. As Elenice says, "I think I practice a ´confused cuisine´ ." Confused Cuisine is a shared blog (see the links for the original blogs of the contributors). We're food geeks who care about taste, local ingredients, and "terroir", but not so much borders.
